The terms governing access to and use of the Voltify energy marketplace and related services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to Voltify, a PowerAfric platform. By registering, signing in, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use Voltify on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Voltify is a B2B energy procurement marketplace connecting providers (buyers such as installers, contractors, and local vendors) with partners (manufacturers and suppliers). Features include product discovery, RFQs, orders, account dashboards, and supplier verification workflows.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Product listings, pricing, availability, and specifications are provided by partners. Voltify facilitates discovery and communication but is not a party to every transaction unless explicitly stated.
Orders, RFQs, and fulfilment terms may be subject to additional agreements between buyers and suppliers. You agree to act in good faith and comply with applicable trade, export, and safety regulations.
You agree not to:
Voltify branding, software, and platform content are owned by PowerAfric or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a licence to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the marketplace.
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerAfric and Voltify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no fees were paid, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts in Nigeria unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
