Supplier verification helps buyers trust that partners and products on Voltify meet our onboarding standards. Verification is part of our compliance and quality programme, not a guarantee of every transaction outcome.

Partner account verification

• Partners register as manufacturers or suppliers with business and contact details.
• Admin review of business registration, country of operation, and profile completeness.
• Account status visible in the partner dashboard (pending, approved, or rejected).
• Partners may prepare catalogues while review is in progress; marketplace visibility depends on approval.

Product verification

• Each listed product may require admin approval before appearing in search and category browse.
• Review covers listing accuracy, category fit, and policy compliance.
• Certifications referenced in listings (for example GDPR or NDPR badges) reflect partner-provided metadata subject to review.

Ongoing compliance

We may re-review accounts or products if we receive reports of misrepresentation, safety concerns, or policy violations. Accounts or listings may be suspended pending investigation.
